Bertha Horn

Bertha Horn currently maintains all the accounting records for Grove Street Partners, LLC and its related entities.

Bertha was Senior Corporate Accountant for United Retail Development Company, LLC, Kern & Company, Inc., and Kern Ventures, Inc (formerly Kern Realty Services, Inc.) from 1990 to 2005, all of which are/were Atlanta-based companies involved in the development and management of office, industrial and retail properties.

She was the Accounting Manager of Lincoln National Development Corporation (LNDC) and its related companies from the inception of the company until it was dissolved in 1990. She moved with the company from Fort Wayne, IN to Atlanta in 1984. Prior to that, Bertha worked for Lincoln National Life Insurance Company starting in 1958.

After receiving a BS degree in Business in 1981 (IU), she lacked one course in completing a two year Associates degree (PU) in computer technology at IU/PU in Fort Wayne, IN. The courses to complete her BS degree and the computer technology courses were taken while still working full time for LNDC. After attending the University of Michigan for two years after graduating from high school, she received a diploma from a business school in Fort Wayne, IN.
