Scott Reffett

Scott joined Grove Street Partners in August 2005 as Director of Development and Construction. Scott is responsible for overseeing the development of the office and industrial projects, as well as all aspects of construction.

Scott brings with him 15 years of commercial construction experience. Since moving to Atlanta twelve years ago, Scott has managed the development and construction of over two million square feet of commercial space. He has a very diverse background in that at one time or another he has managed projects on the behalf of the contractor, developer, owner, and architect.

Before coming to Grove Street Partners, Scott worked for Carter & Associates on the BellSouth portfolio. Prior to Carter & Associates he was Director of the commercial business unit at The Beck Group as well as Director of Construction Services at Leo A Daly.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
