Bob Zurcher is involved in investment analysis, financing and sale of properties. He is responsible for accounting, reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, tax, information systems, and office administration for Grove Street Partners. Bob was formerly Vice President-Controller of Kern & Company, Inc. and Kern Realty Services, Inc. and Vice President-CFO of United Retail Development Company, LLC. These companies were involved in development and management of office, industrial and retail properties totaling in excess of 6 million square feet. He was also Vice President - Controller for Lincoln National Development Corporation (LNDC), a national real estate investment company whose owners included two pension funds of Fortune 50 companies represented by Goldman Sachs & Co., New York. LNDC was purchased in a leveraged buyout and owned assets valued at $850 million which were comprised of retail, office, hotel and multi-family properties across the United States, held in various ownership forms including joint ventures, real estate corporations, mortgages, and wholly-owned. Bob was also a tax accountant for Lincoln National Corporation and spent four years in public accounting. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Olivet Nazarene University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
