Marriott, Gateway Center, College Park, GA The 400 room Marriott hotel will serve as the headquarter hotel for the 400,000 sqare foot Georgia International Convention Center. Strategically located as the only hotel physically connected to the world's busiest airport, the Marriott will be located adjacent to the new Automated people mover connecting with the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Grove Street Partners is developing this property in public-private partnership with the City of College Park, in Phase I of a 28.8 acre mixed use development. The hotel is anticipated to open in first quarter 2010. |
