Grove Street will offer individual units of the Philip Medical Center to physicians, medical practices and other professionals that desire to own their own building and be adjacent to a growing medical center.
The upscale design and concept will give physicians the opportunity to grow their existing practice, while also developing equity in their portion of a high-quality medical complex that they own.
The site will consist of four separate buildings in the medical park, with two of the buildings roughly measuring at 16,000 square feet. These buildings will have seven "bays," with each office/bay basically being 75' x 30'.
The other two buildings will have five bays and four bays, respectively. All four of the buildings will be one-story, allowing for easy access for doctors and patients to park their cars and walk directly into their building. Other complexes require patients use an elevator to reach upper floors.
Each unit will feature brick and glass exteriors with concrete floors and exposed ceilings inside to allow each interior be designed specifically and flexibly to each individual practice's needs.
