Grove Street Partners, LLC is a premiere real estate development, management and leasing company that focuses primarily on office, industrial and hospitality properties.

Founded by Kevin Kern in 2004, the initial success of the company was attributed to its capitalization structure and its ability to buy and hold land for future developments. Grove Street Partners is affiliated with the Williams family of companies, headed by Post Properties' founder John Williams, providing the company with substantial equity resources. In 2005, Chip Groome joined the firm as a partner and, in 2007, Jim Stormont joined the firm as a partner.

With the financial resources of Williams Realty Fund and more than 80 years of combined experience among the partners of the firm, Grove Street Partners has established a major presence in the Southeastern real estate market, and is actively involved in numerous real estate development projects.
