The 150 room SpringHill Suites is under development as part of Phase I of a 28.8 acre mixed use development in public private partnership with the City of College Park, Georgia. The hotel will be a complement to the adjacent 400 room Marriott headquarters hotel and will also be connected to the new Automated People Mover connecting the hotels to the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

With connection to the world's busiest airport and adjacent to the 400,000 square foot Georgia International Convention Center, Grove Street Partners anticipates immediate success upon opening in first quarter 2010.
